Duties/Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Manage extensive, multidimensional datasets with precision, ensuring impeccable data integrity and accuracy. Execute ETL processes utilizing advanced BI tools and Excel.
- Analytical Expertise: Deliver in-depth business analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Dashboard & Report Creation: Design and maintain compelling dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Tableau and Excel. Simplify complex data into impactful visualizations that drive business understanding.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate findings and insights to stakeholders with clarity and brevity. Craft messages that transform complex analyses into straightforward, influential narratives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Offer analytical support for a variety of business initiatives and projects.
- Problem-Solving: Detect business challenges and opportunities through meticulous data analysis. Formulate and execute data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.
- Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay at the forefront of the Ad Tech industry by continuously updating your knowledge of the latest trends and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage this expertise for business growth.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, analyses, and insights. Ensure all analytical work is reproducible and transparent.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in SǪL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis. Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite for seamless data organization and presentation.
- Strong ability to understand technology and drive tech solutions with Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
- Keen aptitude for comprehending business inquiries and proposing robust BI solutions that are both measurable and scalable.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong problem-solving abilities and a profound understanding of data dynamics and analytical techniques
- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and a growth mindset. A team player with a passion for thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
